Part-time - Commercial Janitor Job - Orlando

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated commercial cleaner to join our team and provide morning cleaning services for a retail store in Orlando. The job includes routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces.

• Schedule: 7 days a week (Starting at 6:45 am mondays to Saturdays, 7:00 am Sundays). Store opens to the clients at 9am
• Salary: $1000 per month.
• Payment: $500 paid every 7th and 22nd of the month. (via direct deposit)

Payment organization:

• Days worked between 1 and 15 paid every day 22
• Days worked between the 16th and the last day of the month paid every 7th

We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• Must have a smartphone
• Must be able to download and use our company app (clock in/out, upload photos, etc.)
• Must have a valid SSN
• Must be dependable, responsive, and proactive

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
