Cleaner Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-driven Team Leader Cleaner to join our luxury cleaning company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have previous team leader experience in Dubai’s cleaning or hospitality industry and be fully ready to start immediately.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

• Supervise and guide cleaning staff during daily operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all work meets Velair’s luxury standards.
• Train new cleaners on procedures, eco-friendly products, and quality expectations.
• Conduct quality checks before client handover.

Cleaning & Operational Duties

• Perform and oversee premium cleaning services in residential and commercial properties.
• Clean all assigned areas including floors, carpets, upholstery, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and high-touch surfaces.
• Operate specialized equipment such as steam cleaners and polishing machines safely.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all cleaning tools and supplies.
• Follow strict eco-friendly and hygiene protocols.
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or low supplies promptly.

Client & Team Communication

• Interact with clients in a polite, discreet, and professional manner.
• Maintain clear communication with management and team members.
• Uphold Velair’s image at all times, wearing the provided uniform and ID.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Previous experience as a Team Leader Cleaner in Dubai.
• Background in luxury cleaning, hospitality, or hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor and motivate staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and professional.
• Valid UAE work permit and eligibility to work in Dubai.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
