Cleaner Technician

Duties

• Perform detailed cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, fixtures, and furniture to promote hygiene and longevity
• Follow established safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Monitor supply levels and notify management when restocking is needed to ensure continuous cleaning operations
• Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents or contamination
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus but not mandatory
