Cleaner/ Tutor/ Babysitter/Maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning activities such as vacuuming, washing walls, mopping, picking up trash etc.

-Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and get apartment ready for next tenant, painting, minor repairs, yard work etc.

-Showing and listing apartments for rent.

-Keeping a log of work complete.

-Tutoring children with reading.
-Transporting children to different sports.
-Watching the children, helping then do there activities, chores and putting them to bed.
- Communicate effectively regarding duties needed to do, duties finished, and any concerns.

We are looking for a skilled person that enjoys cleaning to perform upkeep tasks such as minor repairs , yard work, and cleaning around my house and around an apartment complex. This hire would also enjoy being around people and would be able to list and show the apartments when they come open. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience or has preformed these tasks before.

I am looking for someone that wants to do all the things above. I am open to full-time or part-time. I have a 11 and 13 year old that need tutoring. Cleaning the apartments will be flexible, and include cleaning (vacuuming) apartment hallways and apartments when tenants move out. Babysitting and transporting children who are an 11 year old and 13 year old, and hours will be in the evening and will vary.

An average "day in the life" for you would look like: Arriving to work. Tidying up my house including; dishes, sweeping, watering plants, taking the trash out, feeding the dog, possibly meal prepping etc. Messaging people back about apartment listings. Then heading over to the apartments to get done whatever needs done there weather it is; cleaning a unit, painting a wall, vacuuming the hallways, mowing the grass, etc. In the evening we may need you to take the kids to extra circular's, or make dinner.

I am looking for a responsible and caring individual who is passionate about providing quality care for children, likes cleaning, is a self starter, hard worker and have the ability to follow directions precisely. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
