Cleaner/Handy Man

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Carry out basic repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, or repairing minor damages to ensure the facility remains in top condition.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment for meetings, events, or daily operations.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring all tools are in good working order.
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Report significant repairs or safety concerns to management promptly for further action.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning services or basic maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
