Cleaner/Housekeeping

ü Keep the office tidy: dust, sweep, mop, clean washrooms, pantry, meeting rooms

ü Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests

ü Assist with basic admin tasks: photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution

ü Run errands: deliver documents or packages within and outside the office, pick up supplies or make bank deposits

ü Set up or clean meeting rooms before/after meetings

ü Report maintenance or repair needs to the relevant team or supervisor

ü Assist with small office events or functions, including refreshment setup and clean-up.

ü Performs other duties as described under Cleaner.

ü Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Compliance: Ensure adherence to company environmental, health, and safety standards in compliance with company policies to ensure a safe working environment and minimize environmental impact
