Cleaner/Maintenance

## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that facilities are safe and well-cared for.

## Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform maintenance tasks
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations

## Experience
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Familiarity with painting
