Cleaner/Office Boy

Job Summary:

The Office Boy cum Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises, providing support in day-to-day administrative tasks, and assisting staff with general office duties to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as reception, corridors, and kitchen.

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.

• Ensure pantry items and office supplies are stocked and replenished when needed.

• Assist in photocopying, filing, and other clerical duties as requested by the office staff.

• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers or mail.

• Support in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.

• Dispose of waste properly and maintain proper hygiene standards.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

• Run small errands within or outside the office (e.g., bank, post office, etc.) as instructed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
