CLEANING AN HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning and Hospitality Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our cleaning and hospitality teams. The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, staff performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide cleaning and hospitality staff on a daily basis.
• Ensure all cleaning and hospitality tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and service quality.
• Train and motivate staff to follow safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, tools, and materials.
• Report operational updates, incidents, and client feedback to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a supervisory role within cleaning, facilities, or hospitality services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment usage.
• Basic understanding of Health, Safety, and Hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work shifts and handle operational challenges.
