Cleaning Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team Passively!

In the next few weeks going into April we will be hiring 20+ new members.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various locations for highly reputable vacation rental companies, ensuring that all areas are clean and welcoming for guests. ALL hours are from 10am-4pm. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team of 2-3 other cleaners.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens and appliances, bedrooms, living areas and all surfaces.
• Dispose of all garbage in proper locations upon finishing the clean.
• Report any maintenance issues, broken items, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and used efficiently.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and finish checklists to ensure the properties are guest ready.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning products and equipment. (vacuum, dusting, mop, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 10-4pm.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
