Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and reliable cleaning attendant to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of apartment common areas and underground parking facilities in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The successful candidate must be committed to a full-time, long-hour shift.

Working Hours

• Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Total Hours: 12 hours (11 working hours + 1 hour break)

Key Responsibilities

• Apartment Common Areas: Perform daily cleaning duties for residential common spaces, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and amenities.
• Thorough sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all floor surfaces.
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Cleaning glass, doors, and touchpoints.
• Parking Area: Maintain the cleanliness of the building's underground parking facilities.
• Regular sweeping and upkeep of the parking floors and ramps.
• Clearing litter and debris from parking spaces and common paths.
• Maintenance: Ensure cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good working order.
• Standards: Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards set by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a cleaner, housekeeping attendant, or in a similar manual labor role is preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift, and perform cleaning duties for the full duration of the shift (11 hours).
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to the 1-year contract are essential.
• Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate basic information effectively.
