Cleaning Contractor

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented 1099 Cleaning Contractors to assist with vacation rental turnover cleanings during the busy beach rental season. This is a seasonal opportunity starting in April/May and running through September, with the majority of cleanings taking place on Saturdays when guests check out and finished before new guests arrive. Our team services beach homes throughout Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, and Calabash,keeping rentals spotless and guest-ready. This position is ideal for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work, work efficiently, and can be trusted to consistently deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities: Perform detailed cleaning of vacation rental homes between guest stays Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Change bed linens and ensure homes are guest-ready Check for cleanliness, damages, or missing items and report when necessary Uphold cleaning standards Complete turnovers efficiently to meet same-day guest arrival deadlines Requirements: Previous residential or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible Reliable transportation to travel between properties Ability to work Saturdays consistently during peak season Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Must be able to handle the physical demands of cleaning (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) Compensation: typically $20 – $40 + per hour paid weekly as an independent contractor (1099) Work Area: Properties located from Holden Beach to Calabash, NC.
