Cleaning Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the event venue, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability in attendance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
