Cleaning Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various commercial, residential, and industrial spaces. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces
• Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and restocking supplies
• Execute industrial cleaning procedures for large-scale facilities or equipment as needed
• Assist with custodial maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting to support overall facility upkeep
• Maintain cleanliness during shift changes by ensuring all areas are tidy and organized
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and carpet extraction
• Experience in industrial or large-scale cleaning environments preferred
• Knowledge of custodial maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or residential painting is a plus
• Prior porter or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
