Cleaning Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle, be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions effectively.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming and more.
• Sanitize surfaces such as countertops, restrooms, and communal areas to maintain a healthy environment.
• Remove trash and waste from designated areas and ensure proper disposal.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
