Part Time Position Available

Are you a self-starter with an eye for detail? At Dorothy Lane Market, we’re known for our great food and exceptional service. We believe maintaining clean, sanitary facilities is a key part of delivering an outstanding customer experience. We are currently looking for hardworking individuals to join our team as members of the Cleaning Crew. We have an immediate need for a second shift position, offering approximately 20–25 hours per week. What You’ll Do:

Maintain overall store cleanliness
Sweep and mop floors and perform deep cleaning as needed
Clean restrooms and refill products
Promptly respond to maintenance calls, and help with accidents/spills
Bus tables and return dishes to the dish room
Keep a clean and safe working environment
Communicate and collaborate to work as a team
Assist customers, as well as the Front End as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and stay on track
A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
Effective communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time.
Lifting up to 40 pounds.
Must have holiday and weekend availability.
