Cleaning / Maintenance Crew

We want to add two members to our maintenance/cleaning crew to care for our large facility and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

Requirements

• Must be able to work early mornings (ex. 4:00 am) and afternoons.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Must be able to lifter 50+ pounds
• You must be able to be on your feet for hours
• You must have a valid SS# and be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Perform inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Move furniture
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Basic repair knowledge
• Plumbing knolage is a pluse

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
