Cleaning Manager (Soft Services) - Male

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager (Soft Services) to lead our cleaning operations and ensure service excellence across all sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in cleaning and facility management within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and staff performance
• Manage manpower planning, schedules, and site supervision
• Ensure high-quality cleaning standards and client satisfaction
• Handle inspections, reporting, and inventory control
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments for smooth operations
• Train and motivate cleaning staff for improved performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of total experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role in the UAE
• Strong background in soft services / facility management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Immediate joiners preferred (Cancelled visa / notice period candidates who can join within 1 week)
