Hello! Turnovur, LLC is a family owned business known for reliable and consistent vacation rental (Airbnb), hotel and residential cleaning in the Portland area.

PAY

- We are looking for Independent Contractors (W9).

- Cleaners are paid a flat rate per unit (varies by unit), which is benchmarked to compensate for your time fairly based on an estimated time to complete each unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be available 5 days a week, between 10am-6pm with flexibility (limited part-time positions available)

- Reliable transportation (must have access to your own car with a valid license)

- Reliable smartphone (must have access to a smartphone to access the apps we use daily)

- Previous cleaning experience recommended, preferably with references

RESPONSIBILITIES

- As a contractor, you are expected to bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies, which includes a working vacuum cleaner. (Unless noted per job/location.) You will need a reliable vehicle as you will be driving to the units assigned to you per day. A reliable smart phone is also required as we use app based scheduling software.

AREAS IN THE UNIT THAT REQUIRE CLEANING + STAGING (standard and deep cleaning):

- Bathrooms

- Kitchens (including appliances)

- Bedrooms

- General sitting rooms

- Entry ways

- Laundry management- We do offer laundry service. For some units you may need to stop at our storage unit to pick up laundry and drop off at the end of the cleaning day. In some units we may wash/dry and fold laundry. Restock supplies for some units will be located in our storage locker as well. Our hotel setting would be onsite at the location.

- Making sure unit is always left "guest ready"'

-Seasonal work - We have a busy season (Summer) and a slow season (Winter). During the slow season the number of jobs we clean will decrease. We understand that can be hard, so finding side work is okay to help maintain your financial needs so long as your work for Turnovur doesn't lack.
