Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly throughout the shift
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold facility standards

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
• Good communication skills for team collaboration and reporting issues effectively
