Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and sanitized
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to maintain operational readiness
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting courteously with staff and visitors, fostering a welcoming environment

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous
• Reliable punctuality and a proactive approach to completing daily tasks effectively
