Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, day cares, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
• Conduct floor care activities including polishing, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality
• Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly preferred
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
• Experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is a plus
• Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
