Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, polishing, and floor waxing to ensure durability and shine
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to promote a safe and healthy environment for residents or staff
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking materials as needed to maintain operational readiness
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial work, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and janitorial best practices to ensure hygienic spaces
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience with laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in hospitality or facility management is a plus
