Cleaning Professional - Residential and Commercial

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Manage laundry duties including folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed
• Maintain proper sanitation protocols in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas to promote health and safety
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during each visit
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet company standards and client expectations
• Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance & reliable transportation to use for traveling to and from client's homes.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screens (initial & random).
• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as a team with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with integrity.
• Experience with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, mops and other cleaning supplies/equipment is advantageous
• Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
