As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Cleaning Project Coordinator with 5 +
years worth of experience building and even administrating cleaning companies. The Business Project Coordinator would help organize projects, coordinate team operations, and support the execution of business initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, systems-building, communication, and problem-solving in a small but growing business environment.
Position Overview
The Cleaning Project Coordinator supports daily operations by helping manage projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring business tasks move forward smoothly.
This person will work closely with leadership to help coordinate projects related to cleaning operations, team scheduling, client onboarding, and business systems development.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with remote tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities of Project Coordination
- Track and coordinate business projects and operational tasks
- Must deliver in finding and securing new cleaning leads/consistent clients
- MUST secure NEW 2-3 client leads in need of cleaning services weekly for Ugo Enterprises, LLC
- Cold-calling companies to request that they add Ugo Enterprises, LLC to their Request for Proposal (RFP) List
- Monitor timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes
- Maintain project documentation and progress updates
- Must report all tasks and activities to the Business Owner at the end of business day
Operations Support
- Help coordinate cleaning team schedules and assignments
- Support the onboarding of new clients and contractors
- Track service requests and follow up on job completion
- Assist with organizing operational workflows
Administrative & Business Support
- Maintain spreadsheets and operational tracking documents
- Support CRM and client database organization
- Assist with preparing reports or internal updates
- Help streamline communication between leadership and contractors
Communication
- Communicate with team members regarding project updates
- Assist in coordinating meetings or check-ins
- Provide status updates on ongoing business initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- MUST be creative, take initiative, and suggest new ideas on how to get new client leads and customers.
- MUST be able to secure NEW 2-3 client leads in need of cleaning services weekly for Ugo Enterprises, LLC
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Technical Skills
Experience with:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Click-Up, or similar)
- Basic CRM systems
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 + years of extensive experience working with cleaning services businesses
- Experience in project coordination, business operations, or administration
- Familiarity with cleaning, facility management, or contractor coordination
- Experience working in remote teams
Work Schedule
- Part-time: 15-20 hours per week

Compensation
- Hourly or contract rate of $14.00-15.00
