Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common spaces, following established protocols.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve high standards of hygiene and appearance.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
• Dispose of waste responsibly, adhering to recycling and waste management guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies used for accountability and reporting purposes.

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated newcomers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with an active approach to completing tasks efficiently.
• Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
