Job Description

  • Operational management of the project from start to finish
  • Daily – weekly – monthly auditing and reporting
  • Establishing staff shifts, attendance and absence control
  • Implementation of training, orientation and quality standards
  • Regular communication with customer representatives and feedback monitoring
  • Efficient management of chemicals, machinery and consumables used
  • Providing quality control support by going to the field when necessary
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of cleaning operations management experience in corporate companies
  • Strong in personnel management and leadership
  • Able to plan shifts and teams
  • Able to manage material – equipment – stock tracking effectively
  • High work discipline, solution-oriented, strong communication skills
