Cleaning Services Coordinator Position Summary

The Cleaning Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily cleaning operations to ensure high-quality service delivery across all assigned sites. This role acts as the key link between clients, cleaning teams, and management to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for cleaning staff across multiple sites and ensure full coverage of assigned locations.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of cleaners, supervisors, and support staff.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet company and client expectations.
• Respond promptly to client requests, complaints, and service adjustments.
• Ensure proper use and availability of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Track attendance, shift schedules, and workforce deployment.
• Support onboarding and training of new cleaning staff on procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare operational reports on service quality, incidents, and workforce performance.
• Coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage shift-based operations.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage in Qatar-based roles).
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
