Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
• Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors.
• Follow established safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or maintenance issues requiring escalation.
• Dispose of waste responsibly in accordance with environmental guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are serviced efficiently.

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, or carpet cleaners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
