Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment for all occupants

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to sanitation and cleaning practices
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed
