Cleaning Specialist
What this role looks like:
To maintain the facilities such that they are clean and professional appearing to members.

A valid driver's license is required for this position.
What you'll do:
- Perform general cleaning duties at all offices to ensure the company image is protected. Sweep, mop, and polish floors. Vacuum and spot clean carpets.
- Clean fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, rest rooms, etc. Stock supplies in rest rooms as needed.
- Notify management regarding needed repairs.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time, speak, and listen; use hands to type, touch and grasp objects; and to reach with hands and arms.
- Will occasionally need to stoop, kneel, squat, bend or crouch.
- Visual ability to view a computer screen for short periods of time is required.
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
