A Site Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of cleaning staff at a facility, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Leadership: Manage, train, and coach cleaning staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback

Daily Operations: Oversee cleaning schedules, inspect work areas, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Staff Training: Train new employees on cleaning processes, equipment use, and safety protocols

Resource Management: Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory

Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets established cleanliness and safety standards

Problem Solving: Address issues such as equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or customer complaints promptly

Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure all work aligns with facility or client requirements
Skills & Qualifications
