A Site Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of cleaning staff at a facility, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Leadership: Manage, train, and coach cleaning staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback
• Daily Operations: Oversee cleaning schedules, inspect work areas, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• Staff Training: Train new employees on cleaning processes, equipment use, and safety protocols
• Resource Management: Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets established cleanliness and safety standards
• Problem Solving: Address issues such as equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or customer complaints promptly
• Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure all work aligns with facility or client requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for leading teams and resolving issues
• Knowledge of Safety & Sanitation: Understanding of OSHA or similar regulations, and cleaning product safety
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, operate cleaning equipment, and work in varied environments
• Administrative Skills: Experience with scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
