Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor cum Driver to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our cleaning staff. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness standards are met across all assigned locations, manage schedules, inspect work quality, and provide guidance and training to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff on-site
• Assign duties and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitor inventory and request replenishment of cleaning materials when needed
• Train and mentor new and existing cleaning staff on best practices
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide performance reports to management
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, HR) when necessary
• Drive company vehicle to transport staff, cleaning materials, and equipment to sites

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, techniques, and equipment
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in hospitality or cleaning preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning supervision
• Basic computer skills (for reporting and scheduling)
• UAE Driving license ( Manual )
