Cleaning Supervisor – Deep Cleaning & Home Cleaning (UAE Experience Required)

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor with strong experience in deep cleaning, home cleaning and team management. The ideal candidate should be able to lead cleaners, ensure high-quality service delivery, handle client communication and manage daily cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaners for deep cleaning & home cleaning jobs.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure completion within the required timeline.
• Inspect cleaning quality and ensure standards are met for villas, apartments, offices and commercial spaces.
• Coordinate with clients regarding job details, special requests and feedback.
• Report daily work progress and team performance to management.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals and equipment.
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle scheduling, attendance and job allocations for the team.
• Resolve onsite issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in cleaning supervision.
• Strong knowledge of deep cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff.
• Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, tools and machines.
• Must be physically fit and active.
• Can join immediately (preferred).
