Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across assigned areas.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities of the cleaning team
• Plan and manage deep cleaning operations for facilities and residential areas
• Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of chemicals
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance and productivity
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
• Report operational issues and maintain cleaning activity records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Housekeeping Supervisor
• Strong experience in deep cleaning activities and procedures
• Ability to supervise and manage cleaning staff effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar preferred
