You will be responsible for leading our cleaning crews, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This role requires regular travel across all of our operational areas and client sites.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff across multiple client sites Create and manage staff schedules, shift rotations, and job assignments
Onboard new employees and ensure they are trained on company standards and procedures
Actively recruit new cleaning staff through job postings, referrals, and local outreach to meet operational needs
Addressperformance issues, conduct appraisals, and recognize top performers
Client & Site Management
Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections to ensure client satisfaction
Respond promptly to client complaints and implement corrective measures
Operations & Logistics
Coordinate daily cleaning schedules for residential, commercial, or specialty accounts
Assist with quoting new jobs and planning resources for new contracts
Quality Assurance
Conduct pre- and post-clean inspections at client properties Implement and enforce company cleaning standards and checklists
Ensureconsistent service quality across all teams and locations
Administration
Complete daily/weekly operational reports and staff attendance records
Track job completion and flag any service issues to management
Assist with payroll timesheets and supply order requests
What We’re Looking For Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the cleaning industry (commercial, residential, or contract cleaning) Some supervisory, team lead, or mentoring experience is a plus — but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matters more
Knowledge of cleaning products, dilution ratios, and surface-appropriate techniques First Aid certification is an advantage
Valid driver’s license required — must be willing and able to travel to all operational areas on a regular basis
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Physical Requirements
Able to stand and move for extended periods
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working with commercial-grade cleaning chemicals and machinery
