Summary

We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Louisville. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, contributing significantly to our commitment to providing a pristine environment for our clients.
Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in training new cleaning staff and oversee their work as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflow and productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
• Over site of multiple locations
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and maintaining hygiene standards in a hospitality setting.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Must have own transportation
• Bilingual a plus not necessary for the role.
