Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a 3-4 person team to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services
• Follow our 22-step cleaning process to ensure client satisfaction and a clean, healthy home environment
• Perform tasks like dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing with attention to detail
• Communicate with clients and team members professionally, embodying our customer-first approach
• Uphold The Maids' mission of delivering excellence in every clean, ensuring every home is a healthier, happier place to live

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing superior service
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check
• No prior cleaning experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow
• We cannot hire current high school students, all applicants must be at least 18 years old
