Cleaning Tech - Evenings (Richmond, UT)

Weekdays (M-F): 5:30pm-approximately 8:00/8:30pm

OVERVIEW

SWAV is looking to develop our team of expert cleaning technicians. We are looking for good team players with positive attitudes and a strong work ethic to maintain our high quality of work and support our efforts to grow and move forward. Cleaning Technicians will be trained in a variety of cleaning services.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Office and warehouse cleaning including , but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and deep cleaning.
• Work at Food Production Plant performing cleaning services
• Maintain client's premises to be clean and orderly
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain working condition of all cleaning equipment
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors
• Accountability for work completed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to handle physical workload, including but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively under low supervision

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be over 18 for this position
• Valid Drivers license
• Transportation access to job site
• Must have a smartphone (for time keeping purposes) with phone service
• Must live near the job location
• Individually Motivated
• Must be able to clear a drug screening within two weeks of hire

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.75 - $14.00 per hour
