Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to promote health and safety.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required.
• A valid driver's license may be beneficial for roles requiring travel between locations.
