Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic environmental services team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at various empty houses. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.
• Apply floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing to restore shine and extend the life of flooring surfaces.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch zones to promote hygiene.
• Use janitorial supplies responsibly while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning tools after use, and reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Follow established procedures for waste disposal to support environmental sustainability initiatives.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or institutional settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of environmental services standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic spaces.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards.
