Cleaning Technician

Summary

We are seeking an experienced cleaning technician that will be working as part of a team of 2 cleaners ensuring model homes and a sales center are completed on a recurring weekly basis. Reporting to a supervisor, your core skills in cleaning, attention to detail, and teamwork will be vital in maintaining our high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Model Home Cleaning - cleaning fully furnished model homes on a regular basis.
• Sales Center Cleaning - cleaning sales offices, common areas.
• Using commercial cleaning tools & equipment

• Reliable & hard-working – shows up on time and follows direction
• Physically fit (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods)

• Has reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
