Cleaning Technician Compensation/ Benefits

What you will do

• Clean recurring residential clients on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living areas to our standards
• Follow the cleaning checklist for each home — no shortcuts
• Treat every client’s home with care and respect
• Communicate clearly with the team if there is a problem or question
• Arrive on time and ready to work at every job

• You pay attention to the details — you notice what others miss
• You are reliable — you show up on time, every time, no excuses
• You are honest and trustworthy — you will be inside people’s homes
• You have a good attitude — you work well with a team and take feedback well
• You are physically able to clean for several hours — bending, lifting, standing

Experience

Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person. What we cannot train is attitude, reliability, and honesty — you need to bring those yourself.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to job sites
• Able to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Available weekdays — Monday through Saturday
• You’re not afraid of pets and have no allergies to cats or dogs
• Nonsmoking
• Able to communicate in English (basic speaking and understanding for communication)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
