Clean Vertex is hiring a reliable technician to clean commercial buildings across assigned routes. This is a mobile, independent role with a flexible schedule — perfect for someone who wants steady work without being micromanaged.

Schedule

• Flexible hours
• Complete routes within the agreed timeframe
• Locations in Northern Virginia and DC

Start Pay: $16 on 1099 or W2

Work Hours: starting from 30hrs a week up to 40hrs
