Job Requirements

· Must be at least 20 years of age

· You must provide your own dependable mode of transportation that can be used for work.

· Proven work experience in the industry

· Strong work ethic

· You must have a positive attitude

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Strong attention to detail

· Punctual and reliable.

Job Responsibilities

· Maintain properties in the Tampa Bay area

· Work as a team with colleagues to complete tasks.

· Follow the work schedule and work with the client to ensure the best experience possible

· Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
