Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:

- Perform various cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

-Ensure documentation is complete and accurate on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Must be able to lift or move objects up to 75 pounds

- Practice chemical safety and be knowledgeable on proper usage
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners
- Notify supervisor of any damages, maintenance, or repair needs

Qualifications:

-Strong interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

-Must work well independently

- Have integrity and excellent customer service
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Must be willing and available to travel to more than one location (job) in a day

-Must be available to work between 8am and 4:30pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
