Cleaning Technician

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This role involves performing exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties while representing Pro Solutions with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services
• Operate company equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Assist with equipment setup and cleanup
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders and around heights
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous cleaning or labor experience is a plus but not required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
