Job Title: Cleaning Technician (1099 Contractor)

Schedule: On-Call | Shifts vary between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Primarily Piecework)

Job Summary

ShineOn OC Cleaning is hiring experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team as independent contractors (1099). Most jobs are paid per project (piecework), with occasional hourly assignments.

You must have a professional attitude, and be available on an on-call basis. We offer highly competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and strong potential for growth. We are providing all cleaning supplies, refills are on you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning services for residential, post-construction, and janitorial projects
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, and other designated areas
• Follow job checklists and company standards to ensure quality service
• Travel to various job sites within Orange County, CA
• Arrive on time and complete work independently with minimal supervision
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members
• Handle and store cleaning supplies and tools safely and responsibly
• Wear the provided company shirt and maintain a professional appearance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential, janitorial, or post-construction)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to manage time efficiently and pay strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform active cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Authorized to work in the United States
