Cleaning Technician (day time)

Do you enjoy working around people and building relationships while you clean? We have a full-time cleaning position available at a highly sought after and respected location in Lincoln. This position is suited for a highly reliable person that is able to work independently in an office and laboratory environment that is fully staffed while you clean. The hours for this position start at 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, totaling 34-38 hours per week. Previous cleaning experience is required.

Physical requirements: walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending; ability to be moving or standing for entire shift and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

● A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

● Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check including fingerprint analysis

● Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

● The ability to work independently

● The ability to identify opportunities to go above and beyond

● A commitment to a superior work ethic and reliability

● Previous cleaning experience required

● Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form
