Cleaning Technician – Full Time

Maid In Surprise Cleaning Company LLC is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team serving the West Valley exclusively. We do not service east of I-17.

This is a W-2 employee position offering advancement opportunities and performance-based growth.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Full-Time Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming residential and post-construction properties.

This role requires flexibility, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a schedule based on active client demand. While our standard availability window is Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, daily hours may vary depending on job assignments.

Pay & Schedule

• $16/hour starting pay
• Up to $20/hour with performance advancement
• Weekly pay
• Availability required: Monday–Friday between 9:00am–5:00pm
• Occasional Saturdays (as needed)

Hours are based on client demand and scheduled jobs. Full availability during business hours is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential and post-construction cleaning
• Follow structured checklists and company standards
• Upload required QA photos
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Communicate professionally with supervisors
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background check
• Comfortable working around pets
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Coachable and open to feedback

Cleaning experience preferred but not required — we train motivated candidates.
